Social entrepreneur (s) wanted to manage BEHOLD NL
We are looking for passionate people that are currently considering to set up their social enterprise similar to BEHOLD NL. We offer them the opportunity to tap into our experience, track record, extensive network, team and client base. The social entrepreneur should be an extraordinary candidate with 3-6 years working experience in the private sector, NGO and have a proven interest in the fields of CSR and international development cooperation. It is a multifunctional person with project management, consultancy and marketing and communication skills and a true entrepreneur able to manage and grow the company. He or she has an extensive network and most preferably already bring in its client base or social concepts. Within our international framework of activities & overall strategy the entrepreneur is completely open to manage and grow BEHOLD NL in his/her preferred way. We want the social entrepreneur to also take a share in the company. We challenge you to make it happen…
We invite you to present your business plan for BEHOLD NL to our panel of investors in the Dragons Den
On our website as well as in our investment memorandum we outline how BEHOLD NL aims to contribute to social entrepreneurship. We have a proven track record and our organization set up. In order to realize our ambition to grow we attracted informal investors to support the entrepreneur both financially as in kind. We invite the social entrepreneurs interested to take BEHOLD NL to the next level.
We ask them to end their resume and motivation letter include their specific qualities and their vision for BEHOLD NL to pieter.van.der.manden@behold.nl before the 1st of November.
The best candidates will then be invited for the interviews with Marcel Spaas and one of the Investors on the 9th and 10th of November.
We will invite the best candidates to present their business plans for a panel of Investors in a Dragons Den organized on the 23rd of November. Based on the presented business plan we will then work out the final investors proposition and the terms of conditions with the social entrepreneur.
We have the ambition that the entrepreneur (s) start the 1st of January 2011.
