"Today we signed dozens of new agreements in the fight against poverty." Minister Koenders proudly announced at the end of the event Ontwikkelingssamenwerking.nu in the Fokker-terminal in The Hague on the 26th of september.
"New partners in international cooperation contribute important knowledge and experience, not to mention additional funds," said Koenders (Development Cooperation).
During the idea a new initiative for partnerships towards the MDGs www.millenniumakkoorden.nl was launched. Goal is to make development assistance a case of everyone and join forces with indivuals, development organisations, govenments, companies and everyone to meet the MDGs.
As a millennium coach Jop will assist some of this millennium akkoorden in their development, business planning and or link them with relevant parties or initiatives in the market.
