Strengthening and expanding the private sector partnership programme

At the start of the assignment we identified the need for support within the Hivos organization and her partners. We afterwards identified the interest in the market and with that identified key sector for success. Part of the success is the dedication that we can offer in utilizing already available opportunities and minimizing the management hassle by offering clear project management skills. Within 2 months we realized our first partnership and we are also are now intensifying one of the already existing partnerships to a global level with an innovative online volunteering model. It is foreseen that the assignment will be expanded as we also identified learning journey opportunities in a young professionals program. To be continued...
