With all of the 60 employees we went to Madagascar to celebrate the success, set the strategy and make a difference. It turned out to become the most impressive and inspiring teambuilding journey ever with the visit to the orphanage Akany Avoko as the upmost highlight. It resulted in a long term assignment and commitment to develop the CSR strategy within Red Bull and with the funds we raised we developed the giving wings programme in which the pupils of Akany Avoko are trained and (financially) supported to reintegrate in society when they reach the adult age.
